A: Our dash cam has a battery, and the power of the battery is 0.666WH, which is used for time counting and shutdown to save video. If there is no battery, the time of the machine will be restored to the default time during production every time it is powered on, such as January 1, 2022; at the same time, if there is no battery protection, the last video after the car is turned off will remain off due to no battery, the damaged file will be unviewable.

2. Q: I bought the dash cam need to know how to download the app i scanned the qr code and does not download the app?

A: If you are using an iPhone, please download the “HonourRobot” APP in the Apple Store, please note: there are two APPs in the store, you need to download the second one; after the download is successful, turn on the driving recorder, connect the charger, After the driving recorder is turned on, the WiFi function is turned on by default. If the WIFI function in the upper right corner of the screen is not turned on, please enter the menu bar to find the WIFI icon, click connect, and wait for two seconds. A good APP connects to the driving recorder.

If you are using an Android phone, please find the “i” icon in the menu bar of the screen, press the OK button and the QR code will pop up, scan the QR code and download it according to the process, then you can connect to the driving recorder.
