Installation Instructions for Ceiling Rail Systems

Step 1 of installation

Measure and mark the installation distance on the ceiling.

Install the fix plate on the ceiling.

Step 2 of installation

Pass one end of the single track through the fix plate.

Tighten the screws on the fix plate to fix the track.

(Fix another single track to the ceiling in the same way).

Step 3 of installation

Slide one side of the double pulley into the

single track, and then slide the double track

into the other side of the double pulley, so

that the double track and the single track are

connected together by the double pulley.

Step 4 of installation

Install screws on both ends of the track to

prevent items on the track from slipping out

of the track.

All rails are equipped with gag screws

Step 5 of installation

Install the pantograph on a single pulley

The pantograph can move freely on the monorail with the pulley and has brake pads.

Step 6 of installation

Connect the light fixture to the lower end

of the pantograph.

Use the safety rope to connect the pantograph to the luminaire to prevent damage from accidental fall of the luminaire
